Experience Counts Don Kushto Don Kushto has more than twenty years experience in logistics and transportation. Immediately prior to Pathfinder, he founded and lead his own consulting firm specializing in new equipment technologies and new venture marketing. Prior to that, he was Director of Logistics in Conrail's Logistics and Corporate Strategy Group, where he managed the procurement, development and use of desktop analytical tools. Don also has a good deal of practical operating experience. In the late 1980's, he co-founded Conrail Mercury, a premium door-to-door truckload carrier, where he served initially as Vice President of Marketing and Sales and later as Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining the railroad industry, Don spent nearly a decade in the trucking industry. He has an MBA from Drexel University and a BA from Penn State. Robert Pfander Robert Pfander is the owner of IE Consulting, Pathfinder Logistics Solutions' primary technical and programming partner.  Over the past 20 years, Robert has served as a project manager and lead programmer on many large transportation, equipment leasing and insurance industry projects.  Since 2000, Robert has worked with Pathfinder Logistics Solutions on enterprise data integration and routing program customization to to meet the needs of specific industries and clients.
